What To Expect
In help whit a Native Chef you will have a cooking clase about MAIZ who teaches you how to use it and cook it to made your own tortillas, memelas, tetelas and more. Also you will learn about the NIXTAMAL that is the technic to prepare de corn. We will show you how to chosse the best ingredients of the region to prepare the best dishes and also you will know the CASA that is one of the most beautiful places from Oaxaca that also has different art expositions.
We have also a vegetarian and vegan menú, please specify it before or also any food restriction

Not recommended for pregnant travelers. its an activity where we will walk trough one place to other to visit, learn and share. This experience requires good weather.
