Not wheelchair accessible. The pick-up time will be between 7 AM - 8 AM; you will get exact details via email 2 days prior to your activity date.. Please note that the pick-up service is available from Cancún, Playa del Carmen and The Riviera Maya.. Stroller accessible. Service animals allowed. Wear comfortable clothes (beachwear) and shoes.. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, towel, camera, and spending money.. Near public transportation. Most travelers can participate. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate.
