Wheelchair accessible. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Specialized infant seats are available. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Children must be accompanied by an adult.. Minimum drinking age is 18 years.. Children under 4 years old and with a maximum height of 100cm not using a seat have free entrance.. Dress fresh, casual, umbrella, cap or hat and sport shoes are recommended.. This tour is wheelchair accessible with required assistance for bus boarding, as ramps are not available. A moderate amount of walking is involved.. The archeological sites do not count with wheelchairs for the handicapped.. Backpacks not allowed inside the archaeological areas by official regulations of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH in Spanish).

Transportation provided in this activity is "shared." Meaning that each hotel has an assigned time and place for your pickup.
Our pickups cover MOST OF THE HOTELS in Cancun downtown, the Cancun Hotel zone, and Riviera Maya. AirBnB's or other addresses, we will provide you with the nearest MEETING POINT to your location.
If you are in ISLA MUJERES or COZUMEL, consider that, to be collected, you will need to cross and reach the provided meeting point. We don't do pickups on these islands.
If you were provided with a meeting point, you are responsible for finding the appropriate transportation to reach the specified meeting point. Thank you for your understanding.
As this is a shared tour, please be aware that in some cases, we will assign you a meeting point. This will shorten the time you spend at our operation and allow us to take our main route to the first destination on our itinerary more quickly.
