Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. This experience is also offered during very rainy conditions. Stroller & child seat can not be transported on the bus. Hotel lobby or Airbnb pick-up & drop-off is available in Cancun, but you need to confirm with me at least one day before the tour.. If your hotel is NOT in Cancun Hotel zone, please confirm your pick up location with me prior to booking.. Total walking distances during the tour is under 15 minutes.. Must be able to go up and down about 25 steps.. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
