Our services operate from 5:00AM to 11:59PM, if your arrival and/or departure falls outside these times please reach out to confirm availability.. For any last-minute changes and/or delays, please reach out immediately, please note all last minute changes are subject to availability and can´t be guaranteed.. Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.. Departures: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.. Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepetd or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.. Transfer services are not exchangable for any other services/routes.. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
