Important info
Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes . Bring your swimsuit and extra clothes . Infants and kids are required to show ID. All infants have to be registered in the reservation, if not, they won't have access to the transportation

Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support)
Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Hotel Aloft Tulum, there is no other pick up point.
The pick up time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
