Immerse all of your senses with the Cirque du Soleil® show 'JOYÁ' — the first Cirque show in the world to offer the option of gourmet dinner — opening in November 2014. Follow the story of an alchemist and his granddaughter embarking on a transformative quest to uncover the secrets of life, with the help of half-human, half-animal creatures. Set inside an intimate theater in the heart of the Riviera Maya jungle, ‘JOYÀ’ draws on Mexico’s history and heritage to bring you a world where physical ability meets the extraordinary. .

Important info

Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years.. Your tickets will be held at the theater box office for collection on the day of the performance. You will be required to present your voucher, along with photo ID in exchange for your tickets.. Wheelchair accessible. ID will be requested for alcohol consumption. Champagne included in food and beverage experiences can be exchanged for red wine, white wine, juice, water or soft drink, directly in the theater with your waiter.. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Most travelers can participate. Casual-formal dress code.. We have vegan and vegetarian dinner menu options, in case of food restrictions please notify the waiter at the beginning of your dinner.. The use of flash is not allowed when taking pictures for the safety of the artists and videos no longer than 1 minute.. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers. Traveler pickup is offered
Round transportation service is available from Plaza La Isla Shopping Village in Cancún to the theater. The cost of this service is $500.00pesos per person.

To add this service, the client must contact the Customer Care Center of the attractions - phone numbers available in the voucher that you will receive when you book the tour. The pick up is at 4:00pm and 7:15pm.
