Walk outside of the port and as you walk under the huge Palapa building you should follow, this to your right, and you will see a line of vans and people selling tours in front of car rentals people ask them for Hugo Méndez.
Make your way to the front of the building and just outside Hugo Méndez will be waiting with your name on a sign.
Simply walk outside of the port and cross the main street between Starbucks and Hooters restaurant to reach the lighthouse. Our guides will meet you directly in front of the lighthouse, holding a sign with your name.
The meeting point for your scheduled tour depends on the port that you arrive at in Cozumel.
Finding us at your cruise terminal will be very easy for you, your driver will be waiting for you at a specific point convenient for you.
