Important info
Wheelchair accessible. Stroller accessible. Infant seats available. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. Infant seats are available under previous request. Wheelchair must be collapsible (1 per Group). Travellers must be able to walk by themselves at least a small distance. Minimum age for driving is 18 years old presenting a valid Driver´s License. No sunscreen allowed during the snorkeling for reefs preservation. Please wear long sleeve clothing and hat.. The snorkeling portion of the tour is not private and you may share the boat with other participants. Not recommended for travelers with recent surgeries, heart / lung diseases and/or epilepsy. The boat portion and the snorkeling is not available for pregnant travelers. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate. Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Exit your Cruise Terminal. Across the street you'll find The Royal Village Shopping Mall. Our Staff wearing a Tortugas Cozumel shirt will meet you by The Hard Rock Cafe.
**Puerta Maya - Cruise Terminal **
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Kindly walk 100 yards towards downtown. Across the street you will find a 7-Eleven. Our staff wearing a Tortugas Cozumel shirt will meet you outside the convenience store.
