What To Expect
We offer an unforgettable experience that will allow you to disconnect from the outside world and enjoy a completely relaxed day immersed in the magic of the jungle.
You will be received with 1 drink of your choice (signature mixology).
Start your day with a delicious floating breakfast by our Chef Julio, presented and decorated on a beautiful photo-worthy tray. Live a guided meditation experience (20-25 minutes) in the Temazcal and connect with our Mayan roots, relaxing in the heat of volcanic rocks and the herbal aromas that the steam gives off. Enjoy the wooded environment and the views of the pool. Take incredible photos in multiple instagrammable spots. You can also use our bikes to get to know the sacred waters of the cenotes that surround us, our recommendation being to visit Taak bi ha, 5 minutes from the hotel.

Not wheelchair accessible. Service animals allowed. Most travelers can participate. For more than 14 years. Due to Hotel policies and security protocols, we do not accept children under 14, since we prioritize the tranquility of our guests. IMPORTANT!!! Your official identification will be requested upon arrival.. A current valid passport is required on the day of travel. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
