What To Expect
This is a mandatory activity for all tourists who arrive in Cancun and Riviera Maya. This activity takes place in the middle of the jungle, there is no such thing as this in all of Mexico. This tour includes 4 activities (horseback riding, driving an ATV in the jungle, flying on zip lines and swimming in a true Mayan cenote), there is no other activity that offers you so much in the destination. Don't wait any longer to experience a unique and exciting activity. We have all the safety and health standards that are needed to offer a safe and fun activity, the activity has a duration of 5.5 hours plus 1.5 hours of transfer for what will be 7 hours, as you will realize, it is an activity that It helps you live a unique experience that does not take away valuable time from your vacation, you can take advantage of the first schedule to return early to your hotel. The tour includes freshwater all the time and a lunch that is chicken fajitas.

Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. In case someone offer you an upgrade plus before your travel date please contact customer care department.. While participating in the activity, you cannot bring cameras of any kind, drones, or valuables things.. For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.. If your weight exceeds 200 pounds, please refrain from booking this activity.. Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.. Weight limit restriction is strictly observed.. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Meeting Point
Traveler pickup is offered
If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time.
This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am.
The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm.
The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.
