Not wheelchair accessible. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. If you select a different area than your hotel, you must edit your reservation with the correct area (different cost) through the booking engine.. If someone offers you an upgrade plus before your travel date, please contact the customer service department.. Only adults over 18 years of age can drive their own ATV. Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.. The weight limit is 270 pounds for zip lines, 300 pounds for ATVs, and 220 pounds for horseback riding.. For security measures, the use of mobile phones is not allowed during activities.. We recommend bringing: a change of clothes, a towel, closed-toe shoes, a swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and tissues for the ATV.. Not recommended for travelers with back problems.. Not recommended for pregnant women.. Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 25 travelers. If your hotel is not listed, it means that you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know which hotel you are going to stay in so that a representative of our company will contact you to indicate the meeting point. and the pick-up time.
This service has two different schedules, the first is for a morning tour and the pick-up is in: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN AREA between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM AREA between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving at the park at 9:30 am.
The second is for a mid-day tour and the pick-up is in: CANCUN AREA AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM AREA between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving at the park at 1:30 p.m.
Schedules vary depending on the hotel, our representative will tell you the exact pick-up time via email or text message. For Tulum hotels and Airbnbs, the special meeting point will be the Super Aki Tulum Supermarket in the city center. Please consider the transportation schedules for your pick up and drop off.
