What To Expect
Are you ready to live a magical experience? Venture with us to a day full of sightings of beautiful landscapes and different types of migratory birds.
We will visit a Merida Beach that is considered one of the best in this area, where you will have free time to enjoy the turquoise waters and a little sun.
Then we will visit Las Coloradas which is a lagoon painted pink due to the salt process that takes place in this place, you will learn about this process and different places of interest in this paradisiacal place.
In addition to this you can have a boat ride through Ría Lagartos where you can observe different migratory birds among the mangroves and different species of flora and fauna to take a lot off photos. And why not? You can even see a crocodile if you are attentive.

Not wheelchair accessible. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. On Sundays some streets in Mérida are closed for recreational activities, for this reason transportation will not be provided from the hotels, clients must arrive on their own to a meeting point near the San Ildefonso Cathedral.. In some occasions, hotel pick-ups are not made, to facilitate departure and arrive on time at the different destinations of the tour, so you can be notified without prior notice to arrive at our office on your own.. We recommend that you bring sunscreen, comfortable clothes, swimsuit, a change of clothes, water, and cash.. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:
Our strategic meeting point is in the Center of Mérida at Catedral San Ildefonso.
The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 07:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
