Not wheelchair accessible. Stroller accessible. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Most travelers can participate. When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional transfer in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel. Staff will be holding a sign with the name used for booking at the arrival hall. Special luggage such as sports equipment, musical instruments, wheelchairs, etc. will not be accommodated. Child seat is available for a surcharge upon request, please update us if child seat as required. If your flight is delayed, send an email/message to your driver to check their availability. An overtime surcharge will apply. Only bottled water is allowed on the vehicle. Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Please note: An overtime surcharge may apply for waiting time that exceeds 90 minutes from the scheduled flight landing time. Free waiting time: Driver will wait up to 90 minutes after landing. Please make another booking if the number of luggage is more than the suggested. Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount. This is a private tour/activity.
