Designed by international award-winning Lim In Chong, the garden has been beautifully crafted to maintain the original contours of the former terraces whilst maintaining the native forest trees and is home to more than 500 species of flora and fauna with a special focus on spices and herbs.
Under the guidance of professional chefs – each specialising in Nyonya, Malay and Indian cuisines – learn to cook local favourites and even concoct refreshing spice inspired beverages.
