Not wheelchair accessible. Stroller accessible. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Most travelers can participate. Child ticket: Ages 4-11. Due to safety reasons, personal bags are not allowed on the Sky Deck, only items within 16in x 16in x 8in are allowed. For the safety of all guests, the open air Sky Deck and Sky Box will not be open in case of inclement weather. You can call hotline number (open daily from 9:00am-6:00pm) to check if the Sky Deck is open prior to your visit. There will be no refunds made for vouchers already redeemed. If you have already redeemed your voucher and you face cases of inclement weather on the day of your visit, you may inform the staff at KL Tower and revisit the following day for free. Please note: You have to make your voucher purchase a day before your actual visit date to the attraction. You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity. You must redeem this voucher for your entry ticket. For local Malaysians, please present a valid identification card at the point of redemption.
