Be sure to bring or wear swimwear and appropriate footwear. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Not wheelchair accessible. No refund is provided if rides close due to technical issues or inclement weather. Stroller accessible. Management reserves the right to change the operating hours, close any rides or attractions, restrict the number of visitors, or cancel or amend any activity without prior notice. A reservation number will be sent to you by email, which you will use to get your passes at the ticket counter. Near public transportation. What to Bring: Hat or cap ,Sunblock ,Towel, Slippers, Swimwear Extra clothes. Infants must sit on laps. Most travelers can participate. Please note: Bringing of personal surfboards, body boards, or tubes is strictly prohibited. Please note: No refunds will be given due to ride closures or inclement weather. Outside food and beverages, except those for infants or for participants with special medical needs, are strictly prohibited. Please note: This activity can accommodate pregnant women and disabled participants. However, please note that shared transfer vehicle cannot accommodate stroller and wheelchairs. Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Please do not leave them unattended. In the event of inclement weather, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities or shows for the guests' safety. Sunway Lagoon Opening Hours: 10:00am-6:00pm, daily. An additional surcharge of USD 10 per person for hotel pickup outside 1km radius from the city center is applicable and payable on the day of your activity(if transfer option selected). This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
