Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults. Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Age is determined by year of birth instead of exact date of birth. No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made. Visitors are required to store their shopping bags, photography equipment, large backpacks, and strollers at the luggage drop off area located after the check-in. Photography equipment such as tripods, monopods, or anything similar are not allowed. Eating, drinking, chewing gum and smoking are not allowed during the visit. All visitors, baggage and personal items must pass through metal detectors at the security check point. Visitors shall at all times adhere to and obey the signs, rules and regulations, and instructions from the authorities of the PETRONAS Twin Towers. Visitors are ushered up in batches. Guests will be able to spend 15-20 minutes at the SkyBridge and then will go up to the observation deck. Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags at reception before entering. The management may remove any visitor who is behaving in an indecent, unruly, or disruptive manner or poses any kind of danger or discomfort to other visitors. The tickets are dated for a specific timeslot, please meet at the entrance gate at the specified time or you will risk being denied entry to the PETRONAS Twin Towers. Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue. Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member. The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable). Present your mobile voucher and your valid ID. Visitors are required to be at the CHECK IN AREA 15 minutes before the visiting time..
