Children aged 3 and below enter free of charge, while child tickets (ages 3–12) require adult supervision at all times.. Guests aged 13 and above must purchase an adult ticket.. For Malaysian Citizens Ticket (a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) may be required upon entry as proof of citizenship). Please present your booking confirmation at the cashier to redeem your physical ticket.. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are provided for storage.. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not valid with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.. Lost, damaged, or expired tickets will not be accepted, and no extensions are allowed.. For private events or changes in operating hours, notice will be given via our social media channels at least one day in advance..
