* after your booking has been confirmed, you'll receive another email at least 24 hours before your travel date containing a PDF ticket which you'll have to present to gain entry to the attraction
* the usual opening times (subject to change) are daily: 10.00am - 6.00pm. School Holidays / Public Holidays 9.30am - 6.30pm
* infants under the age of 3 can join for free and without needing a ticket
