Let's enter the spirits of colonial days exploring the ruins of old Leon, one of the oldest Spanish colonial settlements in the Americas so-called "American Pompey" founded by Spanish in 1524 and abandoned in 1610. Learn how indigenous people of the Imabite tribe used to live, their culture and more.
Enjoy swimming in the warm water of a gorgeous volcanic crater lagoon "Laguna del Tigre" also known as Asososca Lagoon and enjoy nature.
and just before hitting back to Leon let's stop and try our typical dessert "Quesillo" in a small artisan town.
