  • Your Van Gogh Museum ticket is a ticket with a time slot that you selected when booking. You can only enter the museum at this specific time. Changing the time window is not possible
  • The time slot you booked is the time slot for the Van Gogh Museum. You can redeem your canal cruise booking confirmation daily between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Heineken Experience and Hard Rock Café docks
  • Your booking confirmation will be scanned at the Van Gogh Museum. You can redeem your canal cruise at the Blue Boat Company ticket office, where you will be assigned a time slot
  • The Blue Boat Company has 2 docks: * The first dock is at Stadhouderskade 501, opposite the Hard Rock Café. Take tram lines 1, 2, 5, 11 and 12 to Leidseplein stop. From there, it's just a 2-minute walk to the pier. * The second dock is at Stadhouderskade 550, opposite the Heineken Experience. Take tram lines 2, 5 and 12 to the Rijksmuseum stop. From there it's a 5-minute walk to the pier or take metro line 52 to the Vijzelgracht stop. From there, it's just a 2-minute walk to the pier.
  • The last canal cruise from the Hard Rock Café starts at 6:00 p.m
  • The last canal cruise from Heineken Experience departs at 5:15 p.m
