You will get a hands-on experience making delicious Norwegian lapper following authentic family´ s recipe. Along this journey, I will introduce you to locally sourced ingredients and suitable alternatives.
To top it up, you will have a chance to enjoy the lapper with typical spreads, such as the famous brown cheese and jam.
Add a cup of freshly brewed coffee from the local roastery, and we will be all set for a tasty local brunch.
