- The tour runs rain or shine as long as the conditions are safe. Warm blankets are available on board for your comfort
- In case the tour won't run due to extreme weather conditions, minimum number of participants or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed in advance and you will receive an option to reschedule or a full refund
- This private tour can be cancelled up to 1 week before departure with a full refund (potential transaction fees may be deducted). For cancellations less than 1 week before departure, 50% of the price can be refunded (potential transaction fees may be deducted). Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no-show cases will be charged the full price. Cancellations should be in writing
