What To Expect

Every evening we use the latest weather update to choose the area around Tromso with best chances for clear skies.

At 7 pm, we pick you up outside main entrance of Radisson Blu Hotel and walk you 100 meters to our office where we help you with the proper Aurora/night photography settings on your camera/mobile phone.

Then we give you warm overalls, boots, and mittens, and drive you straight to the best spot. Many nights the Aurora starts dancing as soon as we arrive, while other evenings we relax with coffee and muffins while we wait for her.

Pick up time: 7 pm

Number of participants: 1-8 per minivan (up to 4 minivans on busy nights)

Not wheelchair accessible. You don't have to own a camera to join as our guide can also take pictures and send them to you at no extra cost.. Near public transportation. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers.
