Langtang valley is the shortest trek from Kathmandu.
Stunning mountain landscapes, including the Langtang Lirung and other peaks, surround the Langtang Valley. The trek offers panoramic views of these peaks, surrounding forests, and terraced fields.
The Langtang Valley is home to the Tamang people, who have a rich culture and history. The trek passes through small villages and offers the opportunity to interact with the local community and learn about their way of life.

Not recommended for travelers with back problems. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not wheelchair accessible. Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level. A current valid passport is required on the day of travel. This experience requires good weather.
