What To Expect

Experience one of the world’s most iconic trekking routes during this small-group, all-inclusive excursion to Everest Base Camp. Visit high-altitude Sherpa villages along the way, and immerse yourself in Buddhist culture and Nepali hospitality. Excursions include domestic flights, a trekking guide and porters, most meals, the trekking permit, and accommodation.

Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. What's included
Airport/hotel transfers in private vehicle. Triple or double sharing hotel accommodation in Kathmandu city (Day 1 and Day 13). Triple or double sharing teahouse accommodation throughout the trek (Day 2 to Day 12). Return flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and back. English speaking local guide (additional assistant guide for a larger group). Personal porter (Will carry up to 15 Kgs per person). Complete medical and life insurance for porters and guides. Trekkers’ Information Management Systems (TIMS) Card. High-altitude sub-zero sleeping bag (Hygienically cleaned). Oxygen cylinder, emergency medicine, and first-aid kit. Water or any kind of drinks. Nepal entry visa ($40 for foreign trekkers | not needed for Indian citizens). Medical and evacuation expenses in unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance (although you can get one for additional cost). Unforeseen costs (cancelation, rescheduling, extra accommodation) due to any circumstances. Any kind of personal expenses.
