Embark on your 4-wheel-drive for an exciting coastal trip of Oman. You will be driving on the blacktop road and reach the Quriyat village, a very large fishing village between the lagoon and the sea. The fisherman goes every morning in the sea to catch fishes and then they sell in the market that is located at the beach. The port of Quriyat is still guarded by a watchtower. You will have a short photo stop at this village and later continue your travel to Wadi Arbyn to enjoy an off-road drive.Then you will be driven towards your rest stop, the Bima Sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with blue-green water at the bottom. After that, you will be driven to Wadi Shab, a very popular wadi located in the Al Sharqiyah region in Oman. People come here for nature, to swim in the freshwater pools or just to have a barbecue. The main attraction of the wadi is the waterfall in the cave, which you can reach after a roughly 40 mins hike. Depending on the water level, you may have to get a boat to go back and forth that is operated by the villagers from the car park, where you start the hike. There will be no lifeguards or any infrastructure for changing clothes in this area or any activity is covered any insurance, so you can swim at your own risk.After this, you will return to Muscat.
