Pick up from the Hotel and transfer to the traditional San Camilo Market where
You will live closely the culture of its people, their customs and where they sell a wide variety of products.
We will start our experience buying and getting to know the world of potatoes, vegetables, fruits, meats and dehydrated products. Our Chef will give us an explanation of the products and we will choose the supplies that we are going to prepare.
Then we go to the Restaurant, where traditional dishes of the region are cooked.
The Chef will teach us the secrets of traditional Arequipeña cuisine for the preparation of each of the dishes.
