What To Expect

The Inca jungle Trail is a new route offered to Machu Picchu which involves biking, walking and just being. This multiple terrain trip includes recently discovered real Inca paths, archaeological ruins and a 60 kilometer bike downhill. This is done on brand new mountain bikes through the mountains from Abra Malaga to the green valleys below and the jungle base of Santa Maria. The four day, three night trip ends with a dawn view of the valleys below Machu Picchu.

No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Minimum age is 12 years. Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants. Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
