What To Expect
On this tour to the island of Amantani you will discover the culture of the greatest textile makers of Lake Titicaca. So your first day of your tour in Lake Titicaca begins in the floating islands of the Uros where we will learn about their history and we can take (optional) the traditional Totora boat. Our next stop will be Amantani where we will feel the warmth and welcome of the local people who will make us feel that we have arrived home and we will go up to the Inca ceremonial temples Pachamama and Pachatata of Amantani to enjoy the Taquile Island where you will know the textile art of the island of Taquile and you will have a delicious tourist lunch.
