There are certain things you probably know about Polish cuisine. Our guess is that the first one would be, to put it mildly, it’s definitely hearty… The other is vodka. But what we drink, the sorts of food we love and the ways we prepare it can tell you many things about the history of our country, this region of the world, and us Poles. Take a chance to immerse yourself in the history of Polish food and learn all about our eating and drinking customs. We will take you back to the roots of Polish cuisine, which, just like our history, are diverse and complex.
During the tour you can try about 20 different samples*:
– obwarzanek
– Polish sausages and pickles
– regional cheese
– pierogi – Polish dumplings
– bread from a traditional bakery
– herring with onion and shots of regional vodka
– slice of bread with lard
– sour rye soup
– and something sweet for dessert
