Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. IMPORTANT: Our activity is designed for people between (10 and 60 years old) with good physical condition. You have to be able to walk by your own in uneven surfaces. For safety reasons, people who are overweight, have previous injuries, are pregnant, or have health problems are not allowed to participate. Evidence of age via license or birth certificate will be required to ensure compliance with these requirements. Furthermore, no exceptions or refunds will be made to those who fail to comply with these conditions.. Participants must be physically capable of walking thru steep, rocky, muddy and uneven surfaces without assistance.. This tour operates based weather and river conditions. In the event of poor weather, you will be offered an option to reschedule or refund.. Use of lifejacket and helmet is mandatory.. On Saturdays the hike is longer and more challenging since we depart from a different point.. Tours Hacker reserves the right of admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions, causing disruptions, or providing false information, such as lying about their age, the guide has the right to cancel their reservation at any moment. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. We prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all participants and expect honesty in all aspects of the booking process..
