Important info

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

  • please note that buses within Sintra are not included, as they are operated by different companies

Know in advance:

  • remember to redeem your voucher in order to get your card
  • you can pick up your Lisboa Card at one of the addresses you'll find in the voucher after booking
  • the card is personal and not transferable. It is not valid unless signed and completed with the date and time at which you will start using the card
  • please note that the Lisboa Card doesn't provide free access to the MAAT Museum but a 15% discount
  • please be informed that the National Museum of Archaeology is temporarily closed for repairs
  • Belém Tower: in-person validation is required from 10 am to 5 pm at Quiosque Ask Me Lisboa Torre (Jardim da Torre de Belém, 1400-206 Lisboa)
  • you can visit Torre de Belém from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10.00 am – 05.30 pm (the last admission is at 05.00 pm). Show your Lisboa Card at the mirrored Kiosk nearby the Tower, and you'll get the entrance ticket to use at a specific time slot during the opening hours of the attraction
  • the Jerónimos Monastery will be closed on 24 October and 5 December between 09.30 am and 01.00 pm
  • your voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase
  • please note that Ask Me Tourism Offices are open every day, except on December 25
  • kids under 4 enter for free, no ticket is needed
  • it is mandatory to download the Lisboa Card Guide on your mobile, in order to have all the use instructions
