In case of client's delay, the activity will be reduced according to the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is more than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.. Tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.. Tuk tuks are booked privately, and the price is fixed according to the number of tuk tuks required for the group, the legal maximum being 6 passengers per tuk tuk.. Tuk tuks do not have a trunk, so it is not possible to carry child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.. For security reasons, no pets or animals are allowed.. Tours are conducted in rain or heat and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
