• If your address is outside the pick-up limits or in an area of difficult access (examples: pedestrian street/narrow street/place with very elevated traffic volume) you will be provided an alternate meeting point near your location
• Please ensure you have addeed your telephone number during booking (along with your country code) as the tour operator will contact you directly
• The tour operator will contact you with your exact pick-up time the evening before the tour takes place
• While not recommended, the option is available for children. If you require a car seat - please inform the tour operator
• Vegetarian or gluten free meal are available - please inform the tour operator if required
• Douro Valley's temperature is very high in the summer and cold in the winter. Recommended to wear light clothes in summer and warm clothes in the winter
• All activities occur in covered and protected spaces - you will have a safe and comfortable tour despite any weather conditions
