What To Expect

Stand Up Paddle is an excellent way to be in perfect symbiosis with nature, in the heart of the Arrábida Natural Park and Luiz Saldanha Marine Park, with its calm and crystal clear waters. We will start the activity in the unparalleled Portinho da Arrábida and then we will visit Ilha da Anicha, Praia dos Coelhos, not forgetting the Santa Margarida Cave or Alpertuche Beach.

Not wheelchair accessible. Stroller accessible. Service animals allowed. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. It is essential to know how to swim. A current valid passport is required on the day of travel. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
