Slovakia and Holocaust- every country has its positive and negative history, but both of them are very important and interesting. The museum exhibits period documents, photographs, and items related to the persecution of Jews in Slovakia. One of the exhibited artefacts is a cattle wagon used to deport Jews to the Auschwitz concentration camp.
The museum also serves as a memorial to murdered Slovak Jews. Approximately 16,000 passed through the camp in Sereď alone, most of whom perished during the Holocaust.
