Pickup Details

Please follow the below instructions to find your driver: Exit the baggage claim area and you will be in the main Arrivals hall, please proceed to the ''Meeting point'' (look up and follow the direction signs) The meeting point is located in the middle of Schiphol Plaza, near the travellators to train platforms 3-4 and 5-6, and close to the Burger King seated area. Just look for the ''meeting point'' sign. The driver will be there and holding a name sign with your name displayed. If you cannot find your driver: Please switch on your mobile phone. You should have received your driver's contact details by SMS. If you can't find your driver, please call the driver directly. If you encounter any issues, please contact us to track your driver or chat with our Operations Support Team.
