If customers arrive by ferry, drivers wait at the dock exact opposite the ferry passenger exit holding a sign with the customer's name.
Pickup from Hotels:
Customers must wait right outside the main entrance of the Hotel. The driver will hold a sign with the name of the lead passenger name
