Due to 9/11, access to the Petronas Twin Towers skybridge is capacity controlled. Guests who wish to access the skybridge are advised to book their tickets online **at least 24 hours before departing Singapore**, subject to availability.

In the rare event that the Petronas Twin Towers skybridge is closed (ie: special events, urgent maintenance etc), a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
