What To Expect

This guided day hike brings you closer or into the heart of most beautiful mountains of the area.
On each mountain there are a few available hiking routes for all levels from easy, medium to difficult hikes.

Bucegi Natural Park - the mountain look almost inaccessible from all sides. There is a ~1000m almost vertical drop all around the mountain. Once you find your way up, through breathtaking valleys or by use of cable car from Busteni/Sinaia, and you are now above 2000m, the flat Plateau is the heart of Bucegi Mnt. It offers us easy walking from Cota 2000 to Babele or The Biddies, rock formations carved by nature. Nearby we take pictures with the well known "Sphynx" - and we find out that the inner energy of the mountain is searched by lots of hikers. Optional route can take us to Omu Peak 2505m and Hut located at the highest altitude in the country.
A steep descent can be towards the other side of the mountain down to Bran Castle area, a a quieter route. Overnight routes available

Important info

Not wheelchair accessible. Infant seats available. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. Bring appropriate clothing for trekking in the mountains. Recommanded items: - small backpack - rain jackets - good walking boots - walking poles (available to rent if ordered in advnace). This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate.
