- You can not go in or out of Kremlin on your own, guidance is required by the Russian government. Please don’t try to enter the complex yourself to look for your tour
- Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to tour departure time
- Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded
- This tour involves a fair amount of walking including hills and stairs; comfortable shoes are recommended
- Unfortunately, this tour is not available for guests with wheelchairs
- Note this tour runs in any weather conditions, please dress appropriately
