What To Expect
In this course you will learn how to make your own cheese.
We use fresh local milk and simple equipment so you can easily make it at home. You'll quickly recognize the difference between store-bought and homemade cheese, and you'll probably never want to buy cheese again. Making your own cheese is very easy.
