What To Expect
If you are looking for something for the soul and spirit then this is for you.
This experience is all about a personal connection with the spirit of the forest and to ground you.
We will relax, restore, and replenish our energy and connect deeply with the forest, the spring and the beautiful lake.
A swim is highly recommended.
There is something special and mysterious about a place were there is a Natural Spring.
The energies are often high in vibration and there is a certain sense of purity. The sound of the water is soothing and awakens our deeply stored ancestral memories.
We will be an exclusive small group of maximum 4ppl or private.
I will tune in to the energy of the moment and gladly guide you through an intuitive meditation if you want.

What to remember
Important info
Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 4 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Traveler pickup is offered
If you stay outside the city then We meet at Klarabergsviadukten 70 at the parking lot next to World Trade Center across from the Central Station. From here we will go by car to our destination. Look out for a White Prius. If you stay in the city please let me know your hotel for pickup.
