Know in advance:
* Infants aged 0–2 years can join for free
* The ticket is valid for one entry on the selected visit date only
* A valid ID or passport may be required upon redemption
* A SGD 5 surcharge applies to all taxis departing Mandai Wildlife Reserve between 1:00 PM and 11:59 PM daily
* Coaches should avoid Coach Bays 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East, as these are reserved for Mandai City Express and Mandai Khatib Shuttle services. Please use other designated coach bays for drop-off and parking
* Commercial photography and filming are not permitted without authorisation. The park may photograph or record visitors for operational or promotional purposes without prior notice or compensation
* Opening Hours: Open daily from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (last admission at 5:00 PM)
* Last tram departs from Tram Station 1 at 5:30 PM
