Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Ticket valid for a one-time entry. The driver will wait for you up to 15 min from your scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator hotline to inform them of the delay. The driver has the right to charge you SGD10 per 15 min. Please wait outside your hotel lobby or at the designated pick up location at least 5 minutes before pick up time. Operation hours of the conservatories are between 9am and 9pm, daily; last admission is at 8:30pm. Please call the operator if you are unable to find your driver. If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
