Nightout at Chinatown & Little India (with bumboat)

+1 photos
Chinatown has come a long way since the early days when Chinese immigrants made this enclave their home. Filled with a sprawling myriad of shops and eateries, exciting activities set against a backdrop of rich history and heritage. It is not to be missed, especially in the evening when everything really comes alive.
After dinner at a local Chinese restaurant, head to Clarke Quay and hop onto a bumboat ride along the Singapore River to see Singapore lit up at night,
Thereafter, will coach down to bustling streets of Little India starting at Sri Veerakaliamman Temple for a brief review of it's history. Just across the road is the Komala Villas the first home grown Vegetarian Restaurant; a short walk to Upper Dickinson Road to learn about the Indian Murals; learn how to make Jasmine garland and wrist garland at Campbell Lane and last stop will be at Selvi's for a traditional Mehndi Henna tattoo for man and woman.
