Learn more about the traditions and the food of Senegal from a local family. Join them at the table and enjoy a chat while they prepare a traditional meal. After meeting your hosts and your first drink, you'll start helping with preparing the meal. You can also just watch, make notes, and take pictures, whatever you prefer. All local families speak at least some basic English, so you'll have the possibility to chat and learn about daily life in their country. Talk with the host family about anything you like, including sharing some things about yourself and your home country. Most local families find it very interesting to hear about other cultures.
