Not wheelchair accessible. Most travelers can participate. Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants. Traveler pickup is offered
If you are flying with AVIANCA Airline, you will have to go to the área between gate 2 and gate 5, there you will find AVIANCA stand (booth), there you will fill a form that will be required at immigration. They will let you know if you have to pay a fee to leave the airport. (Usually when you are having a long layover, like yours.. you dont have to pay, because it is included in your ticket) After this follow the normal process, going directly through immigration and customs. Here you will pay $12.00 USD for a temporary VISA Once you are outside the airport, we will be waiting for you with a sign with your name.
